The general conditions of sale set out below detail the rights and obligations of Berry Parachutisme and its customers in connection with the sale of services. Any service performed by Berry Parachutisme implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
2.2 — The products offered are those listed in the catalogue published on the Berryparachutisme.fr website.
2.3 — Ordered services or booking deposits are valid for one year from the reservation date.
2.4 — For a tandem parachute jump, the applicant must present a medical certificate of non-contraindication from their doctor, dated less than three (3) months, for minors and those over 70.
2.5 — The jump is closely dependent on weather conditions, aircraft and equipment. The tandem pilot may decide to postpone or cancel at any time.
2.6 — The minimum age is 12 years with written consent from both parents.
3.1 — Prices are those in force on the day of the order, stated in euros including all taxes.
3.2 — Prices are periodically revised based on fuel costs and landing fees.
3.3 — Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices. Civil liability insurance covering the passenger is included.
Payment is made using the options offered on the secure Stripe Checkout page, depending on the customer's device and eligibility.
4.1 — Customers can pay their booking in full or pay a €110 deposit for a tandem jump. The balance is then payable on site on jump day.
4.2 — Deposits are valid for one (1) year from the booking date and are non-refundable.
4.3 — Any installment option offered by Klarna is subject to Klarna's approval and terms.
4.4 — Any payment incident authorises Berry Parachutisme to suspend ongoing orders.
In the event of non-payment, the member or applicant must pay a late payment penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate.
In addition to late payment penalties, a fixed recovery fee of €40 is due.
6.1 — In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has seven (7) days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
6.2 — Any refund request must be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
6.3 — Cancellation and refund before the scheduled date are accepted only upon presentation of a medical contraindication certificate.
6.4 — If the customer refuses to jump once already aboard the aircraft, no refund can be claimed.
7.1 — Berry Parachutisme reserves the right to cancel a jump due to poor weather conditions or insufficient safety. The booking remains valid for a later date.
7.2 — In the event of customer absence on the day, the booking amount is forfeited. Rescheduling is possible up to fifteen (15) days before the date.
If within fifteen days of applying the late payment clause the buyer has not paid the outstanding amounts, the sale will be automatically terminated.
Berry Parachutisme retains title to the goods sold until full payment of the price.
Deliveries are made to the contact details provided at the time of booking for services requiring shipment.
Berry Parachutisme cannot be held liable if non-performance or delay results from a force majeure event within the meaning of article 1148 of the French Civil Code.
12.1 — Do not wear hook-strap shoes for the jump. If you wear contact lenses, inform the team on the day.
12.2 — We cannot guarantee fixed jump times. Plan for a half-day on site.
12.3 — By booking, the customer certifies being in good physical condition and not having consumed alcohol or illegal substances within 48 hours of the activity.
12.4 — Maximum weight 90 kg. Berry Parachutisme reserves the right to cancel a jump if weight is deliberately misrepresented.
12.5 — All persons must comply with the safety rules in force at the airfield.
12.6 — These conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent court will be the Bourges Tribunal.
