Time to plan
Plan for a half-day on site. The jump depends on weather conditions — if cancelled, rescheduled at no extra cost.
Prerequisites
- Weight: between 40 kg and 90 kg (BMI < 30)
- Minimum age: 12 years old
- Medical certificate less than 3 months old required for minors and those over 70
- Parental consent required for minors
Medical contraindications
Non-exhaustive list — if in doubt, consult your doctor.
- Recent accident (fracture, sprain, dislocation, bruising…)
- Lower and upper limb pathologies
- Cardiac pathologies
- Spinal column pathologies
- ENT pathologies
- Loss of consciousness / Epilepsy
- Scuba diving less than 48h before the jump
- Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Pregnant women or women who recently gave birth
A medical certificate is required to practice the jump in case of a medical contraindication.
